By accessing or using ColdLog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ColdLog is a web-based trading journal SaaS for logging, reviewing, and analyzing trades. We offer a free tier and a paid Cold Pro subscription.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Cold Pro costs $14/month and is delivered digitally with automatic activation after successful payment.
- Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record).
- Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments and grant 30 days of access.
- Card subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ColdLog for unlawful activity, abuse infrastructure, scrape protected content, or access accounts without authorization.
6. No Financial Advice
ColdLog is a journaling and analytics tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trade execution.
ColdLog does not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide brokerage services.
7. Data and Privacy
We process data to provide service functionality and account security. We do not sell personal data. See Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdLog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
