Cold Pro subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge and if premium features were not materially used.

Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.

Renewal charges are non-refundable. Users can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
