We use industry-standard controls including HTTPS and restricted backend access. We retain data while accounts are active and delete data upon valid deletion requests according to operational retention requirements.

Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting us at support@coldlog.io.
We process only data needed to provide the service and do not sell personal data.
